About Me

Technology and Computers, Data and Telecom have been the focus of my work for my adult life, Studied Physics, ended up programming and then running data com and telecom for entire regions for a large multi-national company These days I design these system solutions for our Largest customers around the world.

I have every record I ever bought since Collage, and I have take very good care of them. I love going to the used record stores in towns and cities as I travel to see what I might find to add to the collection. Last stop was in Monterey Ca. and this place was just packed to the rafters with records in amazing condition, I blew almost $200, in about 2 hours, and everything I brought home, no matter if it was the .89 cent albums, or the $35 very special very rare, one I found they all play like new. I picked up an album by Amad Jamal for a dollar, last week, took it home and cleaned it and let me tell you that lp is so sweet.

VPI Scout turntable with Koetsu Black on one arm wand and a Benz Micro S low output MC on the second arm, the Benz is better for heavy rock, the Koetsu, is right for Acoustic, Jazz, Classical, Chamber, Vocals, not that the Benz is bad it isa a great cartridge I just use the Koetsu most of the time. VPI 16.5 Record Cleaning Machine, also love Groove Glide to stop that last bit of static. Headphone amps one Grado, and one Little Dot MK III with upgraded tubes, these I use with my Sennheiser HD650's.
