Please check out the new interview with me at http://www.stereoaudio.com.au/index.php/industry/item/95-interview-with-lee-weiland-from-locus-design where I discuss my start in the cable manufacturing business, my design philosophy, and other things.

Hope you find it interesting!  Or, at least not boring, ha!

I tried to do an Audiogon auction and donate 100% of everything above the opening bid ( and I always start them LOW) to Lee's Family. It did not work unfortunately. So, in the spirit of trying new things and helping others, I'm going to open a new auction this week for a pair of the Monitor 3 Signature Editions starting at $1,000.00. At this point, I really don't make any money, and it is not how I wanted to bring the new product on to the market. I have moved and won't even have time to have my photographer (who is now 5 hours away from me) take photos of the curved cabinetry. However, I'm hoping that I can generate some money to help the loved ones of a man who I did not have the chance to know as well as I would have liked to. He was a great guy, very supportive and very uplifting to talk to. I had been looking forward to having our first face to face conversation (and adult beverage :) ) at RMAF this year.

@Josh--you are a funny man, ha! Don't think I'd do that to Steve.
