Hi Jason, all, my modded Simaudio Moon LP 5.3's loading options are 10ohms, 100ohms, 470ohms, 1Kohm, and 47Kohm.  I had to make add-on resistors using an RCA plug, a pair of 50ohm Mills resistors I had on hand, and a Radio Shack RCA inline tee fitting, to get the resistance desired. I didn't think this up on my own, it was knowledge imparted to me by a fellow Audiogoner in response to a query of mine on the analog forum regrding this very question. That is just one more wonderful aspect of this hobby, the willingness to help each other out, even though complete strangers, help and advice is readily given. I love that.
